Course Description

Note: This video does not contain a description of the posture itself.  It is for the woman who already knows the posture and wants help mastering the posture in her life.

For a description of the posture, watch The Whole Woman Solution to Pelvic Organ Prolapse, First Aid for Prolapse, or Whole Woman Fundamentals videos, which will explain the posture thoroughly.

Remember to Remember is a short video to help women who have already learned the Whole Woman posture to master it more quickly.

In many ways an exercise program is easier.  You set aside a time, do your exercise, then get on with your life.  Retraining your body posture every waking moment requires being aware of your posture even while you are engaged in your activities.

However, it is only by restoring natural female posture will the symptoms of prolapse, incontinence, and chronic hip pain disappear.

Remember to Remember will provide you with both physical and mental techniques that will quickly move you to a time when Whole Woman Posture will be your default posture that will not require conscious intention to assume.

Founder, Whole Woman

Christine Kent

Having suffered a profound uterine prolapse in the early 1990s as a result of bladder suspension surgery, Christine refused the recommended hysterectomy and spent more than a decade researching her condition in the medical literature and experimenting with dance, alignment, body work, and posture. Finally, she brought her own prolapse under control and began teaching other women how to control theirs. Author of Saving the Whole Woman, still the definitive book on the subject of non-surgical intervention for pelvic organ prolapse, Christine has also produced, written, directed, and narrated over a dozen videos and video courses to help women help themselves. Her work has kept thousands of women out of the operating room in over sixty countries.
